THE WORKOUT:

5 minute jump rope

Superset 1:
15 curtsy lunges
10 (each leg) bulgarian split squat
Repeat 3x

Superset 2:
20 in-n-out jumps
20 sumo squats
Repeat 3x

Triset 1:
10 (each leg) glute bridge with leg extension
15 banded hip-ups
15 banded single leg hip-ups
Repeat 2x
