If you’ve been working out with me over the years, you know I’m a huge fan of minimal equipment and creating dynamic mix and match videos, so I hope you’ll subscribe and get your sweat on with me as we take on 2019!
I want to help you be strong and confident, and this full body routine is perfect for conditioning the entire body using just your own bodyweight. IF you want to use a pair of weights, you can absolutely do that with most of these exercises. This workout can be used as a standalone sweat session, repeating 2-3 times through or stacked onto other workouts here on my channel. All you need is yourself, a good mindset and a little bit of space!
