I created this delicious dish from some sneak peak samples I got for the January Vegan Cuts snack box, which is full of wonderfully healthy snacks to start off your year.
1 African Nectar rooibos tea bag (or your tea of choice)
1/3 cup rolled oats
1 Tbsp salted caramel peanut butter (or plain peanut butter with a teaspoon of maple syrup)
1 banana, sliced
1 Tbsp hemp hearts
