20 side to side v-ups (over a bench)
15 dumbbell v-ups (off a bench)

Around The Worlds
4 sets of 12 reps left & right

SUPERSET: 3 sets
15 barbell leg lifts + butt ups
20 barbell oblique twisting leg lifts
