Vanilla Cinnamon Dip Recipe For Apples

Here’s a simple recipe for a healthy snack which will satisfy your sweet tooth without sugar!

Ingredients

1 Tbsp nut butter (almond, cashew, peanut, sunflower, etc)
2-4 Tbsp non-dairy milk, depending on the consistency you want (I used 1 Tbsp lucuma powder + 4 Tbsp water)
1 Tbsp ground flax seeds (optional)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract (I used vanilla-flavored stevia drops instead)
1/8 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice mix (or just cinnamon)
1 Tbsp maple syrup or 5-6 drops stevia (I used vanilla-flavored, and omitted the vanilla extract)
